Monthly SEO service: work every month on your visibility in Google and in AI answers.

€199 a month. We track where your site sits in Google and in AI assistant answers, optimise your content for the searches that actually carry money, keep an eye on your competitors – and send one report each month that says plainly what moved, what did not, and what we do next.

What you hold each month

One report that says plainly where you stand.

Most SEO reports are a screenshot of somebody’s tool and a row of numbers nobody explains. Ours opens with one sentence answering “is it working”, and goes on from there: what moved, what did not, what we did last month and whether it produced anything, what we do next, and what we need from you. When nothing moved, the report says that too.

The opening of a monthly SEO report: the month summed up in one sentence, then four headline numbers - enquiries, terms in the top three, average position and clicks from Google.
The first screen: one sentence answering “is it working”, then the four numbers you repeat to your own board.

The sample is a real client report for a real month. Only the company name, its address and its trade’s search terms have been swapped out, because we do not publish a client’s data – every number, verdict, problem and next-month item is exactly as it stood. That client is in its third month, so the figures are small and honestly small: four enquiries, 46 clicks. The sample always covers the month that has just ended.

What the monthly fee covers

Five things that get done every month.

01

Rank tracking in Google

We agree the searches that carry money in your business, and measure every month where your site sits on each of them. Always from the same location, in the same language, on the same device – otherwise the comparison is not a comparison. Each term also carries last month’s position and how often it is searched, because second place on a search nobody makes is not a win.

  • The money terms are chosen with you, not taken off a tool’s suggestion list
  • Figures from your own Google Search Console account, not from somebody’s estimate
  • A curve that grows month over month, so the direction shows even when one month is poor
The keyword section of the report: each search with its position, last month's position and its monthly search volume.

02

Visibility in AI assistant answers

More buyers now ask ChatGPT, Gemini or Perplexity before they buy, and get back a list of companies. We assemble the questions your buyers actually ask, put them to several assistants every month, and count whether you are named. When you are not, we look at who is named instead, and what they are being cited for.

The most valuable finding is usually the question where nobody is named yet. There is no incumbent to displace there – just an empty slot, and that window is not open forever.

  • Questions from your own field, in your buyer’s words
  • Several providers, asked several times – one answer is not a measurement
  • A list of who assistants name instead of you
  • Pages and paragraphs written so that they can be quoted
The AI section of the report: visibility as a percentage, and who assistants name instead of this company.

03

Content optimised for the searches that pay

Each month we pick the pages where the gap between the current position and the possible one is widest, and work on them: the titles and descriptions Google shows, page structure and headings, internal linking, structured data, and the paragraphs that answer a question directly. The same work serves both sides – Google’s results and AI answers.

Every change is logged with its date and gets a verdict in a later report: worked, no effect, backfired or too early. A content change needs four to eight weeks before it can be judged, so recent work is honestly marked too early rather than counted as a result.

The work log in the report: every change with its date and a verdict - worked, no effect, or too early to say.

04

Competitor tracking

A position on its own says nothing. If you fall from 6th to 11th, the question is whether your page got worse or somebody else got better – and the answer decides what to do next. So every month we also measure how many of your tracked searches your competitors appear in at all, and what changed on their side.

  • Who actually shows up on your searches, not who is your competitor on paper
  • What changed on their pages when they passed you
  • Where the ground is still open and nobody has taken it
The monthly overview: enquiries, rankings, technical health, AI answers and links from other sites compared with competitors.
The competitive picture lands in the monthly overview – here the last row: 12 links from 10 domains against a competitor’s 210 and 39.

05

The monthly report and next month’s plan

The report closes with two lists: what we do next month, and what we need from you. Each item says why it matters and what it costs – whether it fits inside the monthly fee or is separate work. Nobody is ever unsure who owns what, and you can see in advance what the next report will be judging.

The report arrives by email: a short summary in the mail itself and a link to the full document. The report lives on its own private address, kept out of search engines – forward it to whoever you like, but nobody will find it in Google.

The closing section: two columns of next steps - what Massruum does, and what needs the client's decision or access.

Price

€199 a month. Setup €399, waived when the site is ours.

€199/month

The monthly work and the report

All five points above, every month. There is no long contract – it runs month by month and you stop when you want to. The measurements, the tracked terms and the whole history stay yours if you do.

€399

One-off setup

If the site was built and paid for at Massruum, the setup is free. Otherwise the first month is more work than the ones after it: the site has to be gone through, the measurement stood up, and the starting position written down before anything is changed.

  • Technical audit: speed, indexing, structure, structured data
  • The tracked search terms and AI questions agreed with you
  • Google Search Console and Analytics connected and checked
  • A written baseline – the state every later month is measured against

Prices exclude VAT. See all of Massruum’s prices and packages.

Why €199, when monthly SEO in Estonia usually starts at €250-299? Because the scope is narrower. We do on-page and technical work on your own site – we do not buy backlinks, run link campaigns or write content for you in volume. On top of that, much of the measuring and monitoring runs automatically on our side, so the money goes into the work rather than into assembling a report. When an offer sits far below that range, always ask how many hours of real work are inside the price – cheap SEO in practice means either automated links that damage the site over time, or so few hours that nothing moves.

The honest limit

What the monthly fee does not cover.

01

Backlinks and link campaigns

We do not buy links or run outside PR. We advise on what you can do yourself – your Google Business Profile, the right local directories, reviews – but we do not run a campaign for you. That keeps everything white-hat and keeps a Google penalty off the table.

02

Content production at volume

The monthly fee covers rewriting and restructuring what you already have, plus short answer-shaped paragraphs and pages. A larger content push – long articles, a whole set of product descriptions – is separate work with its own price, and we say so before it starts.

03

Google Ads and paid advertising

This is an unpaid-search service. If advertising is running, we keep it on its own line in the report – otherwise nothing could be attributed to the work rather than to the budget. We can help with paid separately, but it is not in this package.

04

A promise of a particular position

Nobody can promise first place, because Google decides the ordering and we do not. We promise what we can actually deliver: work every month, a measured result, and an honest answer even when the answer is that nothing moved.

There is more on what on-page, technical and off-page SEO each mean, and which of them is worth buying from anyone, in our guide to SEO services. The purely technical side – speed, Core Web Vitals and indexing – is covered on the technical SEO page.

How it starts

The first month measures. The ones after it move things.

01

Baseline

We measure the state of things before changing anything. Without that, nothing later can be proved to have moved.

02

Agree the searches

We settle the keywords and the AI questions we will track. You know what brings money in your business.

03

Work and measure

Technical and content work each month on the pages where the gap between now and possible is widest.

04

Report and plan

At the end of the month: what moved, what did not, what was done, and what is on next month’s list.

With a sound technical foundation, the first movement in search results usually shows within four to eight weeks. Content changes need about the same before they can be judged honestly – which is why recent work appears in the report marked too early rather than presented as a win.

Common questions

Monthly SEO service – common questions.

No. The service works on any WordPress site or WooCommerce shop, whoever built it. The only difference is the setup fee: if the site was built and paid for at Massruum, the €399 setup is free; otherwise it appears on the first invoice.

No. It runs month by month and you can stop at any time. One honest warning though: SEO shows nothing in a single month, and the first month goes largely into measurement and foundations. If you want to judge it, give it at least three months – not because a contract demands it, but because before that there is nothing to judge.

When somebody asks ChatGPT or Gemini where to buy something, they get back a list of companies. Whether you are on that list is a measurable thing – and right now, for most small businesses in Estonia and across Europe, the answer is no. It is not yet a channel the size of Google, but it is growing, and the empty slots are being taken now. We measure it every month and write pages that can be quoted.

Little, but not nothing. We need access to Google Search Console and Analytics, a decision on which searches carry money in your business, and now and then an answer only you have – whether supplier product descriptions may be rewritten, which campaign ran when. Every report ends with its own short list of what we need from you.

Technical fixes – speed, indexing, structured data – usually show first movement within four to eight weeks. Content changes take about the same or longer. Competitive searches take longer still. We do not count any change as a result until its measurement window has closed, which is why fresh work is always marked too early in the report.

Maintenance (€140/month) keeps the site working: updates, backups, security and small fixes. The monthly SEO service (€199/month) is about the site being found. They are separate services and neither requires the other, though together they mean the site is neither broken nor invisible. See all prices.

The sample is a real client report – only the company name, its address and its trade’s search terms have been swapped out. The numbers, the verdicts and the next-month list are exactly as they stood. Your own report names your competitors, tracks your search terms and carries your own Google Search Console numbers.

It can, but here is the honest version: five pages give less to optimise than a hundred, and after a few months the core work is done. From there the money naturally shifts towards new content, which is separate work. If your site is very small and very new, it may make more sense to start with a one-off technical audit and come to the monthly service when there is more to track – we will say so in the first conversation.

Let’s start

Read the sample report and tell us if you want one every month.

Send us your address and tell us what you are currently not found for. We will look, and say honestly whether the monthly service makes sense for you or whether something else would.
